STANDARDIZED OPERATING PROCEDURE FOR PURCHASERS OF REAL ESTATE PURSUANT TO REAL PROPERTY LAW §442-H

The following standard operating procedures do not apply to clients of Daniel H Erskine receiving legal services from Daniel H Erskine acting as a New York attorney. Daniel H Erskine DOES NOT serve as both an individual real estate broker and attorney in the same matter. New York law requires every real estate broker, operating within the State of New York, shall have on each publicly available website and mobile device application they maintain a list of standardized operating procedures. Brokers must have such procedures in place, and publicly available, no later than April 20, 2022. The below are posted here to comply with such law.
